The Bruce Swartz Group Kudos!

I am so embarrassed it has taken me so long to reach out and thank you and the Bruce Swartz Group for the absolutely fabulous job done at my July 24th wedding reception at The Jefferson!!!

My husband, family, friends, and I are still talking about you all; we could not have had more fun! The music selection was just so perfect for the event and really helped to set the mood and get everyone dancing. You learned the Hawaiian version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow for us, which was so authentic and sounded like you have been playing it for years. It was amazing! My personal favorite part of the evening was the trumpet introduction down the grand-staircase; my husband and I felt like royalty. What an amazing surprise and fabulous touch!

I have attached several photos I thought you would like to see. Please tell everyone how appreciative we are. We will certainly be recommending you to family and friends…in fact, I have already given your name to two brides-to-be!

Bruce and I talked several times before the wedding to go over final details, they had a few surprises for us which were awesome and during the wedding everyone loved them! eather and I could not be happier with their style, performance and interaction with us and our guests. Thank you so much for everything. Our honorees, Hugh and Louise, and many of the guests last Sunday are still buzzing about how nice the party was and how wonderful the band sounded.

The pianist sounded great during the cocktail hour. Bruce is a professional, natural and wonderful MC. His announcements through the evening were perfect...Even when the schedule changed on him. The band was very flexible and “went with the flow” of things as our timeline kept shifting.

Thanks to the “extra” musicians who came out to accompany the pianist during the dinner hour. It was a very nice addition. Weren’t you supposed to be eating, relaxing, etc. during that time? Nonetheless your presence was noticed and appreciated.

The entire band sounded fantastic. We received so many compliments about the music. I even witnessed many of the guests approaching the band personally with accolades about their playing, their selections, singing, etc.

Most importantly, Hugh and Louise had a great time. Did you see them dancing with big smiles on their faces to their requested song, “Leroy Brown?“ They never had a wedding reception so this was the one they never had - 50 years later - and it was great! You'll never know how important the Bruce Swartz Group was in making this milestone occasion so special. We very much appreciate all you did for us last Sunday night.

Bringing such joy into peoples’ lives must be an awesome feeling. We just thought that we should let you know: You guys are amazing!! Thanks again!
